Açaí Smoothie is an energetic drink made with Açaí that are Brazilian berries, with lots of vitamins, minerals and antioxidant effects, plus they are also able to give a satiety feeling.
So this smoothie is a fresh, healthy and nutritious one, perfect for spring or summer, to be drink for a powerful breakfast or even as a drink post training activity, to give back energy to the body.
You can also add to your smoothie some protein powder, if you need it after a training session or some slices of banana if you love to drink a much more solid smoothie.

- 1 blender
Ingredients
- 100 g Acai juice
- 200 g soya milk
- 2 tbsp berries
- 1 tbsp honey
- half banana (optional)
- ice
Instructions
- Just put everything in the blender and blend it until you obtain a soft and creamy smoothie.
- Puor the smoothie in a mug/glass and drink.
