    Acai is an energetic food, with antioxidant effects that is also able to give fullness feeling.

    So this smoothie is a fresh, healthy and nutritious one, perfect for summer post training activity

    or just for a different and yummy break, to give back energy to the body.

    You can also add some protein powder if you need it after a training session or some slices of banana if you love to drink a much more solid smoothie.


    L’Acai è considerato un alimento altamente energetico, con proprietà antiossidanti e è in grado di aumentare il senso di sazietà. 

    Questo smoothie è quindi fresco, sano e nutriente, perfetto da bere in estate dopo un allenamento

    o semplicemente come uno snack goloso e alternativo per ridare al corpo energia.

    Potete anche aggiungere proteine in polvere se ne sentite il bisogno dopo una sessione di allenamento o qualche pezzo di banana 

    se vi piace bere un frullato più denso.

     Ingredients | Ingredienti

     100 g Acai juice | succo di acai

     200 g soya milk | latte di soia

     2 big spoon berries | cucchiai di frutti di bosco

     1 big spoon honey | cucchiaio di miele

     ice | ghiaccio
